Chocolate.
That word brings to many wonderful adjectives to mind.
Dark. Creamy. Luscious. Smooth. Delicious. Satisfying.
Yes, I am a little in love with chocolate.
It has gotten me through many a rough day. It's amazing what a little piece of 85% dark chocolate can do for your attitude.
I thought that I would have to give up chocolate when I found out that I was allergic to dairy. I had never been a fan of dark chocolate.
But now, 10 years later, the darker the better!
I am thankful for such a delicious creation that God made for us to discover.
I am thankful that my class doesn't like the dark chocolate that I keep in my desk. I can always count on it being there :-)
I am thankful that a little goes a long way to making the day better.
What is your favorite treat?
Unquestionably, chocolate milk. Its very much an addiction for me. We have a Walmart like grocery chain up here called Fred Meyer. Feed Meter cells an in-house branch chocolate milk that is right at $2 for a half gallon. I buy that half gallon with the intent of making it last for a couple of days. It usually ends up being my breakfast, second breakfast, brunch and mid morning snack. Saying it was gone into gulps might be exaggerating but not as much as you might think. I had to swear off of it for a while just till I can get my weight a little bit more under control. Although I haven't had any in a long time.......
ReplyDeleteI I think I'm going to head over to Freddies as we like to say. I'll be right back.
So how was it? Did it last all day? Chocolate milk is so delicious! Hope you enjoyed it!
DeleteSo "Feed Meter" is what speech to text thought I said. GOOD GRIEF!
